By accessing or using picksoffice.com ("the Site") and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Picks Office ("I", "me").

Picks Office provides:

• -Sports betting analysis, picks, and predictions based on quantitative models
• -A publicly tracked record of all picks since 2019
• -Educational content about sharp betting, bankroll management, and expected value
• -Access to Discord and Telegram communities for subscribers

To use the services, you must:

• -Be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• -Provide accurate and complete registration information
• -Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account
• -Be located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting analysis is legal

Pro features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe.

• -Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually)
• -You can cancel anytime - access remains until the end of the current billing period
• -Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact support@picksoffice.com
• -Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers

You agree not to:

• -Redistribute, resell, or share pro content or picks with non-subscribers
• -Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Site
• -Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Site
• -Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• -Misrepresent Picks Office picks as your own analysis

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content on picksoffice.com - including analysis, models, picks, graphics, code, and educational material - is the intellectual property of Picks Office. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to view and use the content for your own betting decisions.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Specifically:

• -No warranty that picks will be profitable in any given period
• -No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service
• -Information is for educational and entertainment purposes only
• -Odds and lines referenced may change after publication

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bavaria, Germany.
